Welcome to My Quinceañera LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our websites and services, including HoustonQuinceanera.com, SanAntonioQuinceanera.com, MyDallasQuinceanera.com, AustinQuinceanera.com, MisChicagoQuinceanera.com, our social media pages, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which supersede any prior agreements. Additional terms may apply to certain features, promotions, or products. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services means you accept the updated version.
2. Users and Services
Our Services connect families planning quinceañeras, weddings, and related events (“Members”) with businesses offering relevant products and services (“Vendors”).
a. Members
We strive to verify Vendors but cannot guarantee their identity or the quality of their services. Please perform your own due diligence before hiring any Vendor.
b. Vendors
Vendors must:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and truthful business information.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Understand that My Quinceañera LLC does not endorse, guarantee, or mediate Vendor agreements.
c. Vendor Content and Licensing
By advertising, Vendors agree that:
- They are responsible for all content they submit.
- They grant My Quinceañera LLC a license to use, display, and promote their content across our websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- They may not submit content they don’t own or have rights to.
d. Vendor Conduct
Vendors may not:
- Misclassify ads or post prohibited services.
- Upload offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
- Infringe on others’ intellectual property.
- Misuse the platform (e.g., spam, fraud, harassment).
3. Visitor Guidelines
Visitors agree that:
- My Quinceañera LLC is a neutral directory and does not endorse specific Vendors.
- They will not attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the site, or misuse the Services.
- Responsibility for transactions rests solely with Users.
4. Moderation
We may moderate content, remove listings, or terminate accounts that violate our Terms. Attempting to bypass moderation is prohibited.
5. Neutral Platform
We are not a party to transactions between Members and Vendors. We do not guarantee quality, legality, or outcomes of services.
6. Nondiscrimination
We prohibit discrimination of any kind. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
7. Accounts and Security
Some features may require account registration. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and account activity.
8. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial use without permission.
10. Submitted Content
Users are solely responsible for submitted content and grant us a license to display and distribute it. We may remove inappropriate or unlawful content.
11. Tools and Changes
We may update or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.
12. Text Messaging
By using our Services, you consent to receive SMS messages, including service updates and promotions. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or emailing Advertising@HoustonQuinceanera.com
13. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability. We do not monitor transactions between Users and Vendors, and we do not guarantee Vendor qualifications or services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, My Quinceañera LLC and its affiliates are not liable for damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the Services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the lesser of $100 or the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Quinceañera LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms. Vendors may have their content retained for directory purposes after termination.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes must be resolved in Texas courts.
18. Third-Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.
19. Medical Disclaimer
Our Services are not intended to provide medical, legal, or health advice. In emergencies, call 911.
20. General Provisions
- Claims must be filed within one year.
- Section headings are for convenience only.
- No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by use of the Services.
- Communications with us may be electronic.
- These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.
